LONDON, 14 Jan Reuters)-a leading member of the successful bid for the London Olympics 2012 legacy said the promises made by Sebastian Coe will be reduced to rubble if Everton take on the main stage.

IOC Chief Jacques Rogge has distanced himself from the debate stadium but said this week that will promote a piece of legacy "while the London Organising Committee (LOCOG) Chairman, Council of Europe also backing West Ham proposals.
